DIRIGE LES CLIENTS VERS LES RESSOURCES APPROPRIÉES DE LA COMMUNAUTÉ ET TRAVAILLE À CONSOLIDER UN RÉSEAU SOCIAL FAVORISANT LEUR RÉINSERTION.
EFFECTUE DES RENCONTRES À DOMICILE, TIENT À JOUR DES DOSSIERS, PRODUIT DIVERS RAPPORTS ET S’ASSURE DU RESPECT DES CONDITIONS LÉGALES DES CONTREVENANTS.
